COVID-19 Frontline Warriors Scholarship
COVID-19 has impacted the lives of each one of us. It brought the entire world to a standstill but there were few who took the onus to Stand Up to the Challenge and Save Humanity from the Disaster. The Frontline Warriors deserve all the praise and attention in this world, who worked tirelessly, day and night, in extreme conditions and took the Guard to protect against the deadly virus. They sacrificed a lot of things and no gratitude can be enough against their selfless care and affection during such a testing time. We, at Rai University Salute the Front Line Warriors. We believe nothing can match the efforts they have put up to save humanity. Honoring their efforts, we have initiated a special scholarship scheme for such warriors and their family members. All the Frontline Worriers be it Healthcare personal, Police or Armed Forces are welcomed for the scholarship scheme. We encourage all the Frontline warriors to reach to University Admission Cell or any University Official to avail the scholarship.
Special Scholarship Scheme for RU Students (SSS 2021)
The Education system in India is changing. Whole country is looking forward to NEP (New Education Policy) to improve the Indian Education System. New Education Policy is aimed towards a higher gross enrollment ratio in higher education by providing various levels of programs of study. We, at Rai University, have understood that Enrollment at Higher Education (Post Graduate and Higher) is often less as compared to admissions at graduate level programs and one of the key factors in low enrollments is often higher cost of higher education. Since 2015, Rai University has come up with Special Scholarships for existing students, to support all the undergraduate students to continue their Higher Education at Rai University with scholarship and hassle free admission process.
The Scholarship Scheme (SSS 2021) is offered to our undergraduate students who would like to pursue their dream of Higher Education in any of the second level degrees in Rai University Ahmedabad. The Scholarship is a symbol of faith embodied by University in their existing students. We at Rai University believe that all our students are special and have shown their brilliance while studying undergraduate programs. In order to support their hard work shown in undergraduate programs the scholarship is offered to all our existing students to realize their potential by enrolling in higher education and take up their career to new heights.
Rai University Extended Family Member Scholarship 2021 (RUEFMS-2021)
The University has always supported the University Staff member in various ways. We are having a set of scholarships for our staff's family members. However, since 2019, we have seen that COVID-19 has impacted life at large and many people are facing financial hardships. The University has come up with a special scholarship scheme to enable the staff members at large to extend support to their family members by way of affordable, quality education with special scholarship.
Rai University has decided to extend the existing scholarship for our staff members from their close family to their extended family members. Under this scheme, any of the staff members can register anyone from their family members, relatives for admission in various programs and avail special scholarships for them. We believe this will help our staff members to offer their families, relatives an opportunity to help and support in such trying times.
Scholarship Conditions
1. Scholarships are awarded for the first year of the program initially.
2. The Scholarship Committee will review the performance of the scholarship student every semester.
3. The continuation of the scholarship will depend on students maintaining a CGPA of 8.00 or more in every semester of the program along with 85% or more attendance in which the student has enrolled.
4. The scholarship amount will not be paid to the selected student. It will be deducted from the next semester tuition fees directly.
5. In case a scholarship student withdraws from the program, the student has to refund the scholarship amount that Rai University has already disbursed.
6. The Scholarship Committee reviews the scholarships from time to time and reserves the right to change, modify, alter or withdraw any of the provisions and policies.
7. If any of the information given by the scholarship applicant is found inaccurate or false at any time during the program, the scholarship award will be withdrawn and the student needs to refund the scholarship amount that Rai University has already disbursed.
• Students who are perusing or Passed out from Rai University and wants to continue their higher Education from Rai University are eligible for this Scholarship.
• Scholarship Amount is 25% of tuition fee for first year tuition Fee only.
• Scholarship is valid for all programs offered by Rai University for AY 2023-24
• Scholarship will be revoke if student does not maintain minimum 75% Attendance in semester.
• To avail this scholarship last date is 15th July 2023.
MukhymantriYuvaSwavalambanYojana (MYSY Scholarship) scholarship scheme is offered to the students of economically weaker section of Gujarat. Students who desire to admit under higher education programs like Engineering, Pharmacy,Medical,etc. can apply for MYSY scholarship every year. The motto of MYSY Scholarship Scheme is to help out those students who are not in a position to afford their education fees due to low income of family members.
Eligibility Criteria for MYSY Scholarship:
- • Candidate should be a domicile of Gujarat State
- • The candidate should be enrolled in the first year of the diploma/ degree program.
- • The annual family income of the applicant should be less than INR 6,00,000including all sources of income.
- • The applicants who are pursuing a DiplomaLevel/Graduation levelprogram should have obtainedminimum 80% marks at Class 10, Class 12 level. Students pursuing Diploma to Degree (D2D) programs should have obtained at least 65% marks at Diploma level.

Gujarat CM Scholarship Scheme is imparted by Education Department of Gujarat State Government. Pre-matric and Post-matric scholarships are embraced in this scholarship scheme. To carry on with their higher studies, candidates who belong to state economically backward class will be eligible for this scholarship. Students who are from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Classes and other Minority categories will receive the CM scholarship from Government of Gujarat by submitting all the required details with needed documents in the CMS Portal of Gujarat state.
Eligibility Criteria for CMSS Scholarship:
- • Candidate must be a permanent resident of Gujarat
- • Candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th
- • Applicant should belong to SC/ST/EBC category.
- • A student should have enrolled in UG or PG courses in Gujarat
- • Students pursuing research should have secured a minimum 55% average marks in their academics.
- • The annual family income of any student should be not more than Rs. 1 Lakh per annum.
