Transcript/Verification (Like WES, IQAS, ...) Application Process

Kindly keep following documents ready before Online Application. (Apply for each degree separately)

• Scan Copy of Original Mark-sheets. (All semester/years Including Backlog If any)
• Filled in Transcript Format. (Download Transcript Format of your respective degree from the attachment below)
• Transaction Receipt of Transcript application fee payment.

FOR THE WES VERIFICATION

Candidate who seeks for World Education Service (WES) verification / Document Verification has to follow guidelines and fill form accordingly. WES verification requires for students and immigrants planning to study or work in the U.S. or Canada. Documents required at WES are (i) all semesters Mark-Sheet/Grade Card, (ii) Diploma/Degree Certificate, (iii) Transcript and (iv) latest WES Academic Records Request Form filled with WES reference no, your detail and your sign. (Apply for each degree separately)

(No need to Pay Postage Charges for WES, it will Electronically Transfer from Rai University to WES)
Migration / Provisional Certificate

Before Apply online application please read the following instructions carefully.

1. If any student of Rai University is left the College/Institute in between the course, needs to cancel his/her Admission from the respective College/Institute.
2. Migration/Provisional certificate fee once paid is not refundable and not adjustable in any circumstances.
3. Provisional Certificate will be Issued till Convocation, Once Original Degree Certificate is Issued, Student Can not apply For Provisional Certificate.
4. Before filling online Application candidate has to pay fee first and then take a screenshot of “Payment Successfully” message with ref. no. e.g. UTR No./IMPS No./RTGS No./NEFT No./UPI No. details. This screenshot/Receipt of online transaction required to be uploading in online Application form.
5. Before filling online Application candidate has following documents needs to be kept with you.
