Instructions:

Dress code for the boys is white color Kurta Pajama with black formal shoes and Girls students have to come in white color suit with black belly shoes (It is mandatory).
Only 2 guardians may be allowed to attend convocation ceremony with the ward

Accompany members must be dressed in suitable Indian traditional attire for females and males must be in formals.

Kids below the age of 14 may not be allowed to enter the convocation ceremony Hall.

Kindly confirm your presence by filling the below link form on or before 7th February, 2020.
Please carefully check your UID, First name and Last Name, before submitting the application.
No spot registration will be done
Registration done after last Date will not be allowed to attend Convocation Ceremony.

Last date for Confirmation to attend the convocation in person is 7th February, 2020.

Online Registration:

Visit Rai University website (http://www.raiuniversity.edu/)
Click on "Payment gateway” (Top right corner of Home Page).
Complete the Fees Payment Process by Paying Rs.2500/-
Go to home page of website and Click on Convocation 2020 tab.
Go through the page and follow the instruction.
Fill all remaining information in the Application Form and Click Submit button.
Complete the Registration Process and Send your Payment Receipt to convocation@raiuniversity.edu
Take printout of Fees Receipt after filling the application form and keep the copy.
You have to bring valid photo id proof to attend convocation ceremony.
If you Send/Submit incomplete Application Form to University then it will be rejected.
Those who opt for convocation in person may only be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony, 2020.
