Report on Fresher's Day Celebration 2021-2022 on 8th April 2022
Every student eagerly awaits right from their time of admission for their most remarkable event of the college “FRESHER’S PARTY”. The 8th of April 2022 was as a memorable day in the life of every fresher of academic year 2021-2022 batch at Rai University, Ahmedabad campus. The fresher’s day was filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter and happiness.
It is the day where seniors and juniors finally bond and unite to celebrate being part of the college. Students were welcomed with the so much of enthusiasm which was organized by “Reet – The Cultural Club” & Student’s Council in the Auditorium, Rai University.
Light is considered as very sacred and a symbol of prosperity, in the same way as sunlight not only dispels the darkness of night, it brings blessings and happiness into our lives. The inauguration of event started by kindling the lamp along with the blessings of goddess Saraswati by our dignitaries Prof. Dr. Anil Tomar, Prof. Lalit Adhikari, Prof. Ashok Roondhe, Prof. Dr. K.V Patel, Prof. Dr. Dilip M Patel, Prof. Veerendra Singh Nagoria, Prof. Dr. Ashish Rami, Prof. Rajdeepsinh Vaghela, Yashaswee Sharma, Vinit Rao, and Adit Suvarna
The hosts for the event expressed gratitude to the sponsors for the event which are Union Bank, Kore Mobile and Technology, Ganesh Super Store, Siddhivinayak Gramin HP gas agency, Safal Solutions, Ishan Netsol Private Limit (Internet partner).
Freshman year is a lot of fun, and it's also a great time to get to know your seniors. You have more opportunities to bond with your peers outside of class and learn more about them. Fresher’s are a terrific way to have fun and let off steam during your first few weeks of college. It's a way to get out and meet new people. It's a method of stepping outside of your comfort zone.
The event was structured in the three categories based on Dancing, Singing, Drama, Stand Up Comedy & the main event Mr. & Ms. Fresher’s of Renaissance 2k22. It is said that Lord Ganesha clears the obstacles and paves the way for us to move forward in life and when it comes to students of Rai University they never miss a single chance to take such blessings and opening act of Ganesh Vandana dance was performed by student for the same, followed by couple dance, solo dance, dance battle, group dance.

Singing competition was categorized between group impromptu, solo singing and crowd were mesmerized with the amount of talent the students have portrayed with their melodious voice and jankar beats

Drama doesn’t just boost the students’ confidence, it develops their communication skills, and makes them stronger people, but it also improves their academic performances. Drama is therefore essential for more successful scores and higher grades

The act of experiencing a well-crafted joke couples entertainment with instruction in a unique way. Because it is not classified as educational or instructional, stand-up comedy has the potential to convey 57 messages that often cannot be voiced in other ways. And in being genuinely entertaining, it has the ability to reach those who are often not reached by other forms of instruction which was displayed by various students

The event further entered into its main joyous stage stating the various types of fashion style, clothing based on the theme Mr. and Ms. Fresher’s 2022. The participants had three rounds including with elimination. The fashion show was focused majorly, confidence, chemistry with their partners, ability to carry themselves and followed by Q&A.

Our main guest for the event Dr. Hasmukh Soni who is a chairman of Gujarat Ayurveda Broad, Govt. of Gujarat was felicitated with memento by Provost Prof. Dr. Anil Tomar & Registrar Prof. Lalit Adhikhari.

Entire Student Committee
Such an amazing event could not be even successful without the help of each and every member of student committee and participants. The event was ended with Dance, DJ music and EDM where all the faculty members, students dance to the beats removing all the stress and enjoying pure bliss moment.
