The Pharmacy Week Celebration at Rai University from 25th to 28th September 2024 was a grand success. The event aimed to celebrate the contributions of pharmacists and raise awareness on critical health topics, fostering a spirit of learning and community engagement among students and faculty.

Program Objectives:
The primary goals of the celebration were:
To acknowledge and promote the essential role of pharmacists in healthcare.
To enhance students’ knowledge and skills through interactive activities, competitions, and awareness programs.
To encourage community service through health awareness initiatives such as blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, and awareness rallies.
Program Highlights:
The event spanned four days, with each day dedicated to different activities and health campaigns.
Key activities included an interactive “Pharma Recipe” competition, a poster presentation, and a marketing competition.
A plantation and cleanliness drive, a blood donation camp with thalassemia testing, and a rally on drug abuse awareness were conducted.

Special Activities:
26th September 2024:
A “Plantation and Cleanliness Drive” was conducted under the guidance of faculty coordinators Mr. Aman Tiwari and Mr. Pratyush Brahma, promoting environmental consciousness and community hygiene.
27th September 2024:
A “Blood Donation Camp” and “Thalassemia Testing” were organized with faculty coordinator Ms. JyotiVerma, encouraging students and staff to contribute to public health.
28th September 2024:
An “Awareness Rally on Drug Abuse” was held, led by faculty coordinators Mr. DeelipGamipudi and Mr. SoumyaranjanBiswal, to educate the community on the dangers of substance abuse.

The Pharmacy Week Celebration successfully fulfilled its objectives, fostering a sense of professionalism and community service among students. Participants engaged actively in all the activities, displaying creativity, knowledge, and a commitment to public health.
