The sole objective was to create awareness among the students and faculty members about the socio-cultural importance of medicinal plants along with their identification, health care and spiritual arena.
Like every year, this year, also all the students and faculty members of our Rai University organized a grand program on the occasion of this 74th Republic Day. Everyone was feeling very patriotic and happy because it was a matter of great pride for all of us because on this day the constitution of India came into force and our country became a republic on 26th January, as Climate-conscious individuals, the event of medicinally important shrubs plantation was held at the Medicinal and Aromatic Farm of Rai University Ahmedabad, the Provost Dr. Anil Tomar, Prof. Lalit Ahikari (Registrar) The medicinal Plantation was also done under the guidance of the environmental Nodal officer Dr. Dhanya J S. where the various medicinal plants were planted by faculty and students
Rai University marked Environmental Education by planting medicinal plants on campus. This initiative aimed to raise awareness about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment. The university believes that by educating its students and the surrounding community about the benefits of medicinal plants, they can contribute to a greener and healthier future.
