Teacher's Day on 05th September, 2023
On 05th sept 2023, Rai University celebration teachers day in the eve of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan president of India to make his birth anniversary. We gather here at School of Pharmacy to celebrate a special occasion that holds immense significance in the hearts of both students and teachers alike – Teacher's Day. This is a day where we express our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated mentors who have shaped our lives and helped us become who we are today.
To make this Teacher's Day unique and memorable, this year, we decided to put a twist on the usual celebration. Instead of just appreciating our teachers, we want to foster a culture of learning and collaboration, where students also become teachers for a day.
Several students from different semester have come forward to conduct mini-lessons on various subjects. This not only helps us understand the effort teachers put into planning lessons but also showcases the talent and potential within our student body.
On this Day at Rai University Seminar Hall, all teachers, the Provost, and the Registrar gathered for a joyous cake-cutting ceremony. It symbolized our gratitude and respect for their dedication in nurturing our minds. A sweet moment of celebration and appreciation.
Games and Activities:-
Today's celebration isn't just about learning; it's also about fun and bonding. To create a joyous atmosphere, they have organized some exciting game and activities for teachers are enjoy together.
Musical Chair:-
This game is a fun twist on musical chairs. Teachers are dance around a circle of chairs, and when the music stops, they must quickly find a chair to sit in.
Treasure Hunt:-
In this treasure hunt game, teams of different stream teachers will work together to follow clues, solve riddles, and navigate the school grounds to find hidden treasures. This activity promotes teamwork, problem-solving, and a sense of adventure. Throughout the day, students have been expressing their appreciation for their teachers through heartfelt messages, cards, and small tokens of gratitude. The walls are adorned with colourful posters and artwork created by students to convey their love and respect. In addition to the games and activities, students have also prepared various cultural performances. There will be songs, dances, and skits dedicated to our teachers, showcasing our gratitude through the arts.
