Student mobility for studies (under Erasmus+) from Rai University to University of Pardubice, Czech Republic between Feb.’19 to July’19

Rai University, Ahmedabad has signed an MOU with University of Pardubice, Czech Republic for Faculty mobility and Student exchange programme. Only Rai University from India has been selected for mobility scheme under prominent Erasmus+ programme at University of Pardubice, Czech Republic.

After specific scrutinizing process, two students from MBA Semester 4 were selected as Exchange students from Rai University, Ahmedabad to University of Pardubice, Czech Republic under Erasmus+ programme.

They had arrived Prague on 16th February 2019. At starting they faced few difficulties, especially in food and communicating with foreign language. It was definitely challenging to go through the initial weeks, however they learned so much. Suddenly, they were getting involved in the atmosphere created by the Erasmus students and society. The orientation programmed them the possibility to learn more about Czech culture, the beautiful city of Pardubice and also helped in meeting and interact with people. After the orientation week, every weekend there were trips to different places in Czech Republic like Český Krumlov, Bohemia Switzerland, Ceske Budejovice, Kutna Hora etc.

On 24th of April, there was a meet of Indian students at University Of Pardubice with Ms. Narinder Chauhan, Indian ambassador at Czech Republic. They felt overwhelmed meeting her. There were National Evenings in which every student briefed their own country. On 25th April 2019 our students gave presentation on India, followed by Indian dance and Garba. It was ended with the National Song. They also prepared Indian food items such as Gulabjamun, Pakodas, Alu dum, Biryani and sweets such as Chikki and Laddoo. Indian team won the second price among all the countries.

Students have studied entire semester of MBA semester IV at Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Pardubice, Czech Republic. They have learnt and successfully cleared all the subjects of the semester. Students have explored various aspects of European culture and education system.
