Rai University actively encourages, supports, and promotes R&D activities through training, workshops, and research initiatives. Rai University is committed to advancing research programs that focus on expanding knowledge and contributing to societal development. Research efforts are aimed at addressing complex challenges, delivering social benefits, and driving economic prosperity both nationally and globally. Centre for Research and Innovation (CRI) is responsible for developing and implementing the university’s research strategy. It plays a key role in formulating strategic plans for research and overseeing their execution. CRI coordinates the academic management of research across the institute, encourages faculty and departments to secure research grants from various funding organizations in India, and promotes both national and international collaborations.

  • M1 – Encourage faculty, students, and research scholars to pursue research through independent or Ph.D.-driven projects, and share their findings through publications in journals and presentations at conferences.
  • M2 – Collaborate with industries on consultancy projects and engage in research that leads to innovations and the creation of intellectual property rights.
  • M3 – Collaboration with government and non-government organizations on projects focused on advancing research and development.
  • M4 – Offer state-of-the-art infrastructure, research equipment, and capacity-building initiatives to support research activities and the development of innovations within the institution.

  • Significantly increase the number of high-quality publications in refereed journals and conferences, along with intellectual property rights (IPR).

  • Support faculty and research scholars in writing R&D proposals for external funding.

  • Develop innovative products within the institute and showcase them at national competitions.

  • To provide the recommendation for the sanction of seed money grant for research.

  • Monitoring the progress of sanctioned extramural research project, funded academic events and university sponsored research projects.

  • To screening the project proposals for extramural grant.
